I would prefer to be born in a European country, be it Spain, Italy or England.

The choice between Spain, Italy and England is difficult, but the stability and power of England is tempting. Although they are similar to my country, the opportunity to be born in a place with unique advantages is attractive.

I will still choose my country and England will be second option.

Your attachment to your country is understandable, but the consideration of England as a second choice is curious. Cultural and religious differences add an interesting layer to the comparison between both places.
