In September 2005, the construction of mud school house started in Rudrapur village of Birol upazila. A donor organization called "Peace" in Germany finances the project. Students from the University of Liège in Austria , the Dipshikha project staff were involved in the construction of the building. The building was designed by German architects Anna Heringer and EK Röwerg.
