SEC S10W1: A gift to myself

It is season 10 of the engagement challenge already and I'm delighted to share my participation in this first week of the challenge starting from the contest organized by this noble community.

Indeed in most cases, we try to gift ourselves something to make us feel among too. It's not proper to care for others alone without caring for yourself as well. Here in this article, I will be sharing with us a gift I will love to give myself. Without further ado, let's get started.

There are many gifts I would love to give myself but for the sake of this contest today, I will be mentioning just one of the gifts I will like to give myself if given the opportunity. As a young man growing up, one major thing I need now is a house of my own.

So the gift I will like to give myself is my own house. Since I was in higher institutions I have been paying rent for rooms that I'm staying but if I'm able to build a house of my own then I can confidently stay in it without yearly rent. I will be very fulfilled to have my own house 🏠 and also a place where others who have no homes can also stay.

In my house, I intend to have a boy's quarter where others can come and also rest their heads most especially the homeless. In this way, I guess I will be able to use my gift of myself to touch more lives.

Yes, it will make my life easier. As I have mentioned above, I do pay rent almost every year and it's indeed a large amount of money that can be used for other things. , owning my own house will also help to remove a few more people from the street which will be a plus to my growth or achievement.

In putting a smile on the faces 😂 of others you will also smile at all times because looking backward and seeing how you have impacted their various lives gives you more reason to live and stay happier.

It is indeed a huge amount of money 💵 here in my country. Affording a house of your own is not an easy task at all. The partner of the house I need is a 3 bedroom flat and a boy's quarter which may have nothing less than 10 rooms.

Based on this, the estimate to have such a building is about NGN 30,000,000 which is equivalent to about 230,770 steem at the time of carrying out the analysis.

Yes, the steemit platform is helping me to save for the project. Though it may take a longer period to have this achieved because of how huge the project is. I have always looked for ways to invest and earn more so that I can be able to achieve such a goal in the nearest future.

With steemit, achieving this project is very necessary but based on the fact that I'm not much of an investor it will be difficult for me. I'm certain that with good support then the task can be achieved soonest.

The gift I have given myself is the gift of earning a certificate as an educationist. I have always wanted to be among those who went to school and also serve the country. I took it upon myself years ago to enroll in the university and today I'm proud to say I have achieved my aim and I hold a certificate that justified what I have gone to the school.

This is indeed a very great gift I have given to myself. Today with my certificate I'm been called to different places to come and deliver a few lectures which also makes me very joyful because I love sharing the knowledge I have acquired.

In most cases, we try to give ourselves various gifts. Most times we want to give ourselves what we don't even have at the moment. We only dream to have it in the nearest future. I have said the gift I wish to give myself at the moment and I guess it will also be beneficiary to every other person around me.
