## Which fruits are essential in a salad and which ones spoil it?

For me, apples are the fruit that should be in a fruit salad. Its crunchy texture and subtle sweetness make every bite special. Also, the tiny pomegranate seeds not only add color to the salad, but also a tangy and sour touch.

Now let's talk about the fruits that can spoil a salad a little.     To me, bananas are the prime example.     Its soft texture and overly sweet taste do not go well with other fruits.     As soon as you add the banana to the salad, you think something is wrong.

When it comes to fruit, the first name that comes to my mind is mango. When mangoes come in the market in summer, no one can compete with them for their sweetness and fragrance. For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is when our body needs energy after an overnight fast. If your breakfast is healthy, the whole day is better.
Eating nutritious breakfast items such as oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, and nuts is beneficial. Not just a good breakfast

It energizes the body, but it also improves our concentration and mood.

## Why is healthy food so expensive?

This question comes to many people's minds. Healthier foods, such as organic fruits, vegetables and nuts, are more expensive because they take more time and effort to grow and produce. Moreover, these crops are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, which increases the cost.
In contrast, processed foods and fast foods are cheap because they use cheap ingredients and are produced in large quantities. However, it is also true that cheap food does not benefit the body as much as expensive but nutrition.
I have a point.
Fruit salads are not only good for our health but also motivate us to live a better life. If we make some changes in our diet and adopt healthy options instead of junk food, it will be beneficial for our body and mind. Whether it's fruits, vegetables or home-cooked meals, prioritizing health is always a good investment.
