My country is unique because of this (Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa)

Hope you all are doing well and good and enjoying the best days of your life. This is me @shahid2030 from Pakistan and you are here reading my post. You all are welcome here from the core of my heart.
This is my participation in a contest My country is unique because of this ( Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro) organized in Comunidad Latina by @cotina.
What is that place that you think makes your country unique and why? |

Pakistan is very rich country for tourist destinations. We have too many ancient site which includes; Mohenjo-Daro, Harappa, Taxila, Mehrgarh, Takhat-e-Bahi, Nagarparker Jain Tempels and many other. I believe these incient sites make Pakistan unique in the world, and this is the reason millions of people come to visit these places from around the world each year.
The most famous of these are:Mohenjo-daro & Harappa and Mehrgarh.
Harappa & Mohenjo-Daro is an archaeological site in district Larkana of Sindh province Pakistan. It is said to be the most incient civilization on Earth, which is said to be Built on 2500 BCE. This is the largest dwelling city flourished on the bank of ancient Indus Valley. We call it with the name of Indus civilization.
Mehrgarh is a Neolithic archaeological site too. It's expected date is said to be 7000 BCE to 2500/2000 BCE. This site is situated on the Kacchi Plain of Balochistan province in Pakistan. It comes to the west of the Indus River, currently between Quetta, Kalat and Sibi cities.
Morever Pakistan is famous for its beautiful places too, Like Kalam, Murree, Naran-Kaghan, Kumrat, GilGit, Chitral and too many other beautiful places. That's why because is counted one of the most beautiful countries in the world. I has the world second Tallest mountain in it, called K2. Out of 10 tallest mountains 6 are present in Pakistan.

I have never been to Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro in my life. They are too far from my city, almost 1400km away. Yes this is free of cost, having no entrance fee. You can go there and freely visit all the places you want. Even there you will find tour guide, government employer, they will guide you freely.
I would really love to visit that place in my life. I have studied about it in books and watched in videos, but I want to see it practically. I want to see with my naked eyes how people thousands years before used to live. How they made their houses and how was the infrastructure of city that time. I hope it will be a great experience for me going there.
Would you go again? Who would you take there? |

As I have said I didn't go there before, but I would really love to go there. I have studied about it in my childhood social study books and social science too. It would be great pleasure for me if I go there with my old classmates. I still remember that, Mohenjo-Daro was a matter concern for us all. We would discussing how small walls that time Houses have hahaha.
I really love going to ancient places, I like antique things too. Even I have many old things with me now. I have a dictionary with me, almost from 9 years. I got it as a reward in my school. I have my Matric books still with me. So in short I would say I like antique and old things.
Were there people there? Did you interact with them? |

Yes ofcourse these district have people living in it. However people in that specific area where the archeologists has discovered a city are not allowed. The whole place has been specified for the tourists and the people visiting there.
Such places are always taken in custody by the government. Even digging of these places are still continue. The archeologists try to discover more things in Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro. They are finding more and more with the passage of time.

Greetings friend @shahid2030, how impressive to see that architecture and, as you say, one of the oldest that exists and it is only in Pakistan.
On our planet there are many places that we should know and visit Mohenjo-daro, Harappa and Mehrgarh would be one of those.

I think I will need a lot of energy if I go to your country Pakistan because the place you share is a very high ladder, and I have to prepare a lot of energy to climb that ladder, but I imagine if I get to the top then I will get the most beautiful moments at the top because it is very good when we look down, and I really like the post you are sharing now.
