Alhamdulillah I am also healthy by God's grace. I started my blog today by wishing you roses.
I would like to thank @cotina ADMIN for holding this competition. I will try to make a vegetable recipe today with onion, garlic and potato ingredients from the ingredients of this competition.
A few things I needed for this recipe are:
✨ Potatoes
✨Onion
✨Garlic
✨Ghatkol
✨Spice
✨Raw chilies
✨Oil, turmeric, salt
Step 1
Step 1In step 1 I took my essentials in a container.
Step 2
Step 2In the 2nd step, we cut all the vegetables.
Step 3
Step 3In this step, I put oil in a pan, add masala paste and fry a little with chopped onions.
Step 4
Step 4Then I put the mashed potatoes in it. Then I will give the chopped Ghatkol vegetables.
Step 5
Step 5In this step, I will add water as much as I want, then I will give as much turmeric and salt as I can.
Step 6
Step 6I will cover it with mustard paste and some more chopped onions in the shes step. After 10 minutes when I see that the water has dried up, I will take it off the stove.

I buy this vegetable once a week. But the Ghatkol vegetable is grown organically in my home.

There is a big vegetable market at a distance of 5 minutes from my residence. So I always eat fresh vegetables.
🥕 ¿Eres partidario de comer vegetales con regularidad?
I grow many vegetables in my house. For example, I plant and eat various vegetables including sweet pumpkin, gourd, bean, puishak, dharas, bitter gourd, greens, ghatkol, kachu, papaya. So I am in favor of eating vegetables frequently every day. My day doesn't go by without eating rice and vegetables every day.

Hola amiga, esa receta se ve increible muy facil de recrear. La verdad la tierra nos ofrece todo lo que necesitamos para vivir, por eso debemos conservarla y hacer lo nuestro por preservar las buenas condiciones para que se den nuestros alimentos.
