Hello dear friend, I'm also afraid of tsunami and earthquake but we're lucky because in my Country Nigeria, it is not common. I use to be very scared to face the crowd until I did like three defense in the University in front my Lecturers and classmates. At the first time, I was afraid and scared but as time went on, I get use to it.
