Greetings, I'm so happy to be learning a lot from this post. Sometimes we try as much as possible to keep calm until the read line is crossed. Most human just have a habit on getting on others nerves and sometimes we need to stand up for ourselves to stop any form of disrespect. Though people will portray it as anger. I see it as taking a bull by the Horn.

Hola amigo, buen frase la de tomar el toro por los cuernos. En eso consiste la asertividad, en evitar que se nos falte el respeto pero tampoco nosotros irrespetar, es decir, ser tolerante hasta donde se pueda pero haciendo valer nuestros derechos.
