Sister of my Heart

This is my friend who turned out to be the sister I never had. Her name is Ruth, and she's a very beautiful lady with a good heart.

We are just a perfect match for each other, although there are times we fight and quarrel, but still we make up and life continues. When we first met, I didn't know we would grow to love each other so much. I thought it would have been like some relationships of mine that never lasted, but she proved me otherwise, and today, we are sisters. You just need to see when we argue 😂

My sister's favorite food is rice and stew. I mean good stew with chicken or fish as protein. She's a foodie, but only when it involves good and palatable meals. Just give her a bowl of rice and stew, and then you will get her into signing a good contract with you.

I have been through thick and thin with my sister; we have done so many things together and had adventures together. I could remember when she visited me at my place of residence; it was an adventurous moment with her. I went to the market and bought some food stuff because she was coming and I didn't want her to starve. We cooked every morning, explored different dishes, and did the chores together.

I remembered the very day we had a serious food combination together; we just decided to combine so many foods together, and after eating, guess what? My sister didn't sleep all through that night; I was awake watching her. Her stomach was in a mess 🤣

My sister is just a fun person to be with. She's kindhearted in all ramifications. Looking at us, who do you think is the oldest? I won't answer; find it out yourself, or better still, call us twins 💝.

My relationship with her has not all been rosy; there are times we argue and end up not talking to each other for a whole day, but that doesn't mean we don't get together. She would always be the one to melt my heart with her kind words, and then we are back again.

My friendship is one person I trust in this entire life who has got my back at all times. She's my emotional support blanket; do you know what it means? It means that she's there in the dry and rainy seasons, in thick and thin, in heat and in cold. She's so emotional, and things about me get to her heart. She has a very tender heart, and that is why I could fit in there since I don't have so much weight 😂.

When it comes to cooking, she tries her best in doing that, and when she puts in her mind and heart to prepare one dish, it turns out beautiful and tasty, but I am still the best chef. She takes care of me, and I take care of her too. I couldn't ask for a better sister. We are each other's friends at all costs.

My sister has achieved a lot of things in life and is still counting. She's an administrator, a counselor, a therapist, and a good manager. If she can manage me well, of course she's a good manager. Among all these achievements are others that have taken her to places and connected her to men of caliber. I admire her potential and her selfless acts.

Among all she has done for me, I would love to appreciate her for her lovely advice and prayers over my life. Those advice and prayers are doing a lot for my life, and I appreciate it. I think this is the best gift I have received from her.
