In our house, most of the men are the head of the house and it is he who brings the household goods and purchases for the house because he is the one who pays the monthly expenses and also brings the monthly groceries.
Here in Pakistan, it is considered bad for women to go out in most of the houses, that's why we stay at home and the head of our house buys household goods etc. If so, we would have brought it from outside. Like clothes or undergarments etc.
There are things that never run out in my house, they are baby stuff, snacks like chips etc. Cakes and chocolates and candies etc. These are the things that never run out in my house because my baby eats things very enthusiastically and when they don't get these things, they start crying and fussing so every time I buy household items We must bring these things for the children and two to three times a week we bring the things for the children.

Yes, I usually shop for a house from a specific location, like the metro is very close to our house. We've been getting our housewares from here since the beginning. Or whatever you want, you will get everything here and you get exactly the right thing and at a reasonable price.
My husband does not have enough income to spend a lot of money in a week. In one month , I bring a ration of five thousand 5000 and in steem price (115).
