It's always exciting to publish a post in any community. Thank you Comunidad Latina for explaining the rules so nicely in the contest post. Before I start, I would like to invite three fellow Steemians @sahmie @sariana23 @aprendeconkevin to participate.
I'm very excited to prepare a cheese recipe today. Our preparation is Cheese Pao Bhaji (Toast).
The ingredients

Capsicum | slice | 3 |
Tomato | slice | 3 |
Process
The Pao bread is cut to two slices. Butter is spread over the nonstick pan. Pao Bread slices are fried on butter. Capsicum, tomato slice and cheese gratings are spread over the pao bread. It is tossed and toasted on the pan. Quantity of butter and cheese depend on one's taste and craving.

There are following types of my favorite cheese available in India mostly made by Amul. Cheese cream is made at home.

Other types of cheese of India are as follows:
Kalari. Hailing from the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Kalari cheese is a traditional, melt-in-your-mouth delight.
Bandel. A cheese made fro cow milk in the ancient Portuguese colony of West Bengal.
Gouda. Similar to Dutch classic with a local flavour.
Paneer. Most popular cheese in all over India. Most common dishes are Palak Paneer and Panner Kikka.
Kalimpong Cheese is semi hard with nutty flavour from North Bengal District at the Himalayas foothill of East India.
Chenna or Bengal gram made from cow or buffalo milk is main ingredient for most famous Rosogolla and other sweets of West Bengal.
Khoa is also a famous cheese used making mouth smacking sweet delicacies of India.
In high Himalayas some Yak milk cheese is also available.

Es una receta muy sencilla pero se ve muy rica a pesar de que yo no tiendo a comer aliños. El queso es un acompañante perfecto para muchas de nuestras comidas diarias, a mi me gusta mucho y lo como casi que a diario. Éxitos en el concurso.
