hello steemian, hope all are fine and enjoying the steemit engagement challenges season 12 of week 2 contests. Today i would like to participate in the contest Creative Orange organised by comunidad Latina community Thankyou so much @cotin for such interesting topic to take part in it, it is really exciting and fun to participate in such contest and get rewarded, I think the journey of steemit is not as boring as it was previously 😜 now 'm enjoying to get engaged in the steemit engagement challenge.

Today in creative orange i would like to share Orange Tornado Fries or india we say Spiral potatoes Yesterday i visited to market where i see those attractive orange tornado. As i noticed everybody sharing carot juice, Tomatoes recipe, i thought to share something different in Creative Orange.

Step by Step How Tornado Fries Made...

Required Ingredients

1. One big sized Potatoes.
2. Oil for frying
3. 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp red- chilli powder, 1tbsp Black salt n pinch of orange colour.
4. For Garnish- mayonnaise sauce and barbeque cheese sauce.

Process of Making Tornado Fries

Step 1. Take sized potato, wash it properly, put the potato into machine to make spiral shaped potatoes as shown in picture.

Step 2: Now add cornflour and all the above ingredients to make slurry for coating the spiral potatoes.

Step 3: Heat the oil in the pan for deep frying, placed the coated spiral potato into the oil fry from all the sides, fry until it become crispy and dark orange in colour.

step 4: For garnishing , spirnkle chaat masala(spicy), spread the maynonaise and barbeque sauce. finally served it with ketchup.

I would also like to share my photo in my favourite orange tshirt. Actually this photo is month ago when i went out for lunch with my bestie.
