"Spreading joy"

Today, one thing that has made me happy is this reality that I am alive, I am grateful and I wake up to so many things that the Lord has given me. Each get and juncture, each draw and pulse of my heart trembles me in divine providence as I understand the preciousness of the life and existence to be conferred another day full of wonders and challenges. In the duality of the beast one heart of thankfulness using the treasure of life as well as the love which is all around me and the love which is before me on this road.

Do you think that there is more pain or more joy in life?

Life is an intricate fabric woven with threads of pain and joy that together define human experience. Sometimes pain may appear to be more difficult and overpowering, but it should be noted that joy also exists in equal measure. It is possible for people not to understand the beauty of joy unless they would first experience pain. Conversely, in the absence of happiness, we would go through hardships of pain.

Pain teaches us how to become more enduring people who are compassionate amidst hardship; it reminds us that we all have a common humanity which makes us frail and capable of kindness. Joy on its part fills our hearts with a deep sense of appreciation, love and profound moments of happiness—joy fuels our aspirations, strengthens our connections with others and gives meaning to our lives.

Life is a delicate equilibrium between these opposing emotions, each of them being the looking glass where we examine what has happened to us, what we have done ourselves and whom we relate in life. Acknowledging grief as well as gladness avails the ability to grace fully navigate life’s highs and lows; in both cases we find solace understanding that they are most valuable aspects required for an authentic life lived at best.

Do you normally talk more about your problems or your joys? Can you share with us a moment when you felt that emotion.

I'm the type of person that doesn't talk much and i don't like sharing my problems with people's rather I prefer only my parents because I want to be able to handle my own problems in this life everybody has his or her own personal problems and when I now share my own problems with them it will looks like a disturbance.

I can remember when I had problem in my education and I tried sharing with a friend but guess what happened he like why are my telling him that he has his own problem and I now decided to drink water and mind my business no one is there to help except my parents i only share with them my problem that I know i can't solve alone and they give me a listen ear and support me.

Do you consider yourself a happy person who spreads that beautiful energy to others?
