Oi! Este post é sobre a viagem que eu e minha esposa fizemos à praia de São Sebastião, no litoral sudeste do Brasil, no estado de São Paulo. Nós reservamos com uma agência de viagens de ônibus e saímos na noite anterior, então chegamos bem cedo na manhã seguinte. Aqui estão algumas fotos da praia quando chegamos lá, logo após o amanhecer. 😊
Hi! This post is about the trip my wife and I took to São Sebastião beach, on the southeast coast of Brazil, in the state of São Paulo. We booked it with a coach travel agency and left the night before so we arrived very early the following morning. Here are a couple of pics of the beach when we got there, just after the break of dawn. 😊

Encontramos um lugar na praia e colocamos nosso guarda-sol. Foi muito importante fazer isso porque estava um dia muito quente e ensolarado e eu precisava de um abrigo sob a sombra de um gringo / branqelo! Eu também tinha um chapéu de aba larga! 👒
We found a spot on the beach and put up our parosol. It was very important to do this as it was a very hot, sunny day and I needed some shelter under the shade being a gringo/branqelo! I also had a wide-brimmed hat! 👒
On the beach
Ilhabela in the distancePassamos algum tempo na praia e algum tempo no mar. Achei especialmente quente e precisava esfriar. Fiquei feliz em achar a água do mar agradável e quente e o teor de sal deve ter sido alto, pois eu poderia flutuar de costas. Muito diferente da temperatura fria do mar na Inglaterra!
We spend some time on the beach and some time in the sea. I found it particularly hot and needed to cool down. I was glad to find the sea water nice and warm and the salt content must have been high as I could float on my back. Very different to the cold, frigid temperature of the sea in England!

Foi um dia bonito, mas estava quente demais para o meu gosto. Não sou uma pessoa de praia e me senti mal no final do dia e precisava de muita água e sombra para me recuperar. Talvez depois da pandemia possamos voltar à praia quando as coisas voltarem ao 'normal' para curtir as lindas praias aqui no Brasil.
It was a nice day, but it was too hot for my liking. I'm not a beach person and I felt ill by the end of the day and needed plenty of water and shade to recover. Maybe after the pandemic we can go to the beach again when things are back to 'normal' to enjoy the lovely beaches here in Brazil.Aqui está um vídeo da praia quando chegamos pela primeira vez pela manhã:
