I survive out of pure anxiety

Anxiety is a very dangerous thing that can ever happen to you because it kills easily.
Anxiety is simply a feeling of uneasiness and fear that may lead to a restless mind and make you to be uncomfortable, sometimes before we make an important decision in our life we feel some tension and that is called anxiety.

Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

Death of a person that I know: This is one thing that makes me to be anxious because I will be afraid to be walking freely, there are people who we have created a good relationship with and just imagine them leaving you alone in this world unexpectedly how will you fell?
It will be so sad to hear, and I will be devastated.

Just recently we lost a very young man in my area who was very healthy throughout the day and he didn't show any sign of weakness, his siblings and parents left him at home very healthy and went to church only for his sister to come back home and found him lifeless, so sad when I heard the news I was very anxious of my life because I don't know who migh die next because Death is inevitable.

Emotional Trauma: I am a very emotional person, and I get depressed too easily when someone betrays me or plays with my emotions. This brings anxiety to my body because I will be restless and sad. I will not be myself for a while because I will be busy thinking of my life and the way forward.

Starring a new thing for the first time: This also brings me anxiety we all know that when you do something for the first time you will never be comfortable at all because you will be thinking of what to fo next and how to communicate with people around you.
I remember when I first sign up on this platform I was anxious to start blogging because it was a new experience for me as I don't know how to create content but as time goes on I became use to it.

Too much stress: Each time over stressed myself through work, I will have anxiety because my mind will be restless, and I will feel tired and exhausted, which will bring anxiety to my body.
Work is good, but as humans, it is hood we di to our capability because too much stress isn't good for our body at all.

How do you deal with this feeling?

Whenever I feel uncomfortable with myself and I discover that it is anxiety, I will quickly carry my mobile phone to list to joyful music that will make me happy again and eases stress and anxiety from my body.
They are some music that when you listen to you will be marvelled and excited because the rhythm and melodies will blow your mind and also lift up your spirit.

Playing football is the source of my joy and whenever I feel stressed put I will just carry phone and be watching football highlights and also playing some video games for the main time and as soon as it is 4pm I will carry my boot to play football in the football pitch.

playing in football habe helped in receiving me from stress and anxiety because I meet and make new friends and we create memories together.

Meditation is another strategy that inuse in dealing with anxiety, sometimes I become anxious trying to create a content In this platform because I sometimes find it tiring and I will become restless, so I will just quickly meditate for like 10 minutes and I will be normal again.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

Exercise: Engaging ourselves in one exercise or the other also helps in overcoming anxiety, just like me whenever I am depressed I will just go and play football and after that I will be happy again.

Meditation: This is a very crucial step or way of dealing with anxiety, and it has helped me a lot because sometimes when I am stressed put snd I do some meditation, I will be relieved.

Socializing: When we mingle with people who are from different families, we will be happy to discuss certain issues with them, and when we are socializing with everyone around us, then we can easily overcome anxiety.
Because when we confide in them they will give us good idead that will help us to overcome our difficulties at that moment.

Relaxation and healthy eating also help in overcoming anxiety, most especially sleeping. This is a very important role in overcoming anxiety, and I believe most of you will attest to this.

Anxiety is one of the things no one pray for in life. But since we are humans there is no way we can avoid it but only deal with it when it comes our way.

Ay pero que bonito post, gracias por contarnos tu experiencia. Me ha pasado mucho lo de las personas cercanas fallecidas, es totalmente cierto, da miedo que alguien este bien y luego ya no. Que es eso? Yo tambien medito eso me ayuda mucho y espero pronto empezar a hacer deportes.
