La edad adulta me ha ayudado a superar ese comportamiento donde todo me daba rabia enojo al punto de cometer tantos errores lastimar y cuando te arrepientes ya es tarde , pero cuando llega la edad adulta todo lo percibes con calma y no te dejas llevar por esos sentimientos tan negativos que de una u otra forma no hacen bien a nuestra salud gracias por tu comentario que tengas un lindo día
