As you said, you are a very sensitive person here and you get angry very quickly on small things and you get worried and you don't understand what should be done, man, and this is a sign of that. How clean a person you are and I agree that if your wife had told you and left, then there would have been no discussion between you and I hope that the discussion between you people would have ended and Allah Almighty May your family always be happy, parents, friends and even now, there is often some sort of argument, so don't be pressured and I will pray to Allah Almighty to always emphasize you to control your anger.
