Breakfast the most important meal

Who don't love their breakfasts? It is the energatic and encouraging meal that helps us get out of the bed and start our beautiful day in the very way we want to spend it. This meal marks the start of my day by giving me courage to face the difficult realities of the life.

This is the most favorite time of my day because only this time i get to choose what goes in my belly. Rest meals like lunch and dinner are usually from my office so i cannot control what they would serve me . Breakfast, on the other hand, is a time when i get to choose what goes in my mouth. I have many favorite breakfast foods but anything with eggs works wonders for me. I also love breakfast burritos and pancakes because they are so filling and taste great. I would say that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day because it gives me the opportunity to have a good start of my tiring and busy routine.

Here is the platter that i prepared for my breakfast

Then for tea i boil some milk add half a spoon of Chai patti and 1 spoon of granulated sugar and bring it all to boil. And frying egg is so obvious you need to just crack egg in a frying pan and you're good to go. I usually have 2-3 fried eggs with my tea.

Ingrediants of my breakfast

My basic breakfast routine includes parathas, tea(with milk and sugar) and a fried egg. I have to prepare my own breakfast because my office doesn’t have any food that can fulfill this need. I love fried eggs because they are so fluffy and have a great flavor. My favorite way to eat them is with parathas and a cup of tea. So why not take you people to my kitchen where i make these things for myself. I get these frozen parathas from the nearby store.

Those parathas are very easy to make, just unwrap the dough and put it on a pre-heated pan. Flip continuously to check if its fully and properly cooked or not? once they are light brown just set them aside in a dish/plate.

Typical breakfasts in my country

Typical breakfast in my country (Pakistan) is paratha and chai and along with those people like to have different things served. Some would like eggs which could be scrambled, half fried, full fried, omelet or boiled. Others would want a Chickpeas with a whole lot of gravy , a toast with butter and jam or even different types of smoothies. Breakfast is the time when we can enjoy our favorite food in peace and quiet without any distractions.
