RE: Crucifixión; Portada de Sobre Todo De Por Michael W. Smith
Hi, @steemcurator01,
YouTube already have a good anti-copyright algorithm so while the video is Alive it should be good.
https://www.youtube.com/intl/ALL_es/howyoutubeworks/our-commitments/safeguarding-copyright/
Nsijoro uses short clips from a external source and its used as complementary content or To set the content. He is not using the movie as the main content, so it could be considered as "Fair use".
When you are exporting a video using Capcut it also says if you have included copyright content or not.
So, the good part with YouTube and Capcut is that there is several security layers that avoid users from using protected content, or at least in a wrong way.
If there is anything else you need to know, please let me know.
The main reason why I stopped using Inshot, Do you remember your reply to my post when you couldn't find the video displayed here: https://steemit.com/steemit-iron-chef/@nsijoro/welcome-to-nsijoro-s-kitchen.
That was because I used a sound from Inshot and I assume it was copyright free, YouTube blocked my video and sent me a message, I acted accordingly deleted the video, and re-upload it with a description that has the source of that sound
