How to make an hair growth oil by @zara20

Hello gorgeous women of steemwomen club, how is our day going, hope we are cool, am Zara from Nigeria, and today I want to share with us , how I make my hair growth oil

Ingredients/tools
*5 organic carrot
*Sauce pan
*2 avocado

Olive oil

Hand grater

Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth

Procedures
1,Wash and peel the skin of the carrots

2, grate carrot with hand grater
3, place the grated carrots in a sauce pan
wash the back of avocado pear, open it , scoop out the food of the avocado and put it in a sauce pan

5,add the olive oil inside the sauce pan, place it on fire and cook it, always stire it to avoid it getting burnt, cook until it the mixture get dark

6,turn off the fire,allow it to cool,spoon the mixture into a bowl, then strain it with a cheesecloth or fine mesh,make sure you press it until all the oil comes out

6, transfer the oil in the bowl inside a plastic container with a lids

Important of carrots, avocado and olive oil to the hair
1,Olive oil and avocado have a moisturizing properties which makes the hair soft and shiny

2, avocado contains a vitamin called"biotin" which helps to reduce hair loss and makes hair stronger

3, when message carrots oil to the scalp it boost blood circulation

4,it helps to prevent splits end

5,it helps to stimulate the growth of new hair,so when combine avocado, carrots and olive oil together it makes in hair growth
