This contest is my favourite. Participating late because of the hectic routine nowadays.
Let's start the skin care then the make-up. Neither I know good products nor I'm a makeup artist but discussing here what I usually do when go out for parties or any occasions.
I start from the skin care because it doesn't matter how much you put makeup on but still if you skin is not fresh you can't look good.
First thing that I do is cleansing. For cleansing I use dermacos cleanser. I love that and normally me and mama use the same products. I use it because it removes make-up, dead skin cells, oil, dirt, and other types of pollutants from the skin, helping to keep pores clear and prevent skin conditions such as acne.
Then I use a peel off mask. I use any that is available at home. some times I use white egg as a peel off mask. I'll share that remedy insha'Allah. I use peel off mask because it relieves dullness and dead skin. For smoother skin texture, and it can also help balance out pigmentation. Plus, peel-off masks can assist in fading fine lines and cleaning out pores.
After mask everyone usually use toner and I use rose water. It's also a toner, it is been used as a beauty product for thousands of years, so it's no surprise that it can improve your complexion. The antibacterial properties may help reduce acne. The anti-inflammatory properties can reduce skin redness and puffiness.
After naturally drying of rose water I put some drops of serum on my face, it soothes my skin, Improves the appearance, protects my skin from free radicals and future damage. Literally serums have the potential to provide more visible results.
Not going to do a heavy makeup just doing a casual one, so not applying any base or BB cream. Only applying a face powder. Face powders are, by their very nature, absorbent. They soak up excess oil, so it can't melt away your makeup. As I've oily skin it's too good for me.
Then I apply blush on. I normally use pink colour or sometimes the shade of lipstick is enough for me. Blush on warm up the skin. It can also brighten sallow or tired skin. It even adds depth.
I use to make a normal thin one or a half one but a few years back I was fond of a wink liners. it makes eyes bigger, sharpen up, Added shape and I Get creative.
Today I'm applying dark pink colour. Usually I use nude shade for university or light pink or brown sometimes. Because these all shades are not visible on screen that's why applying darker. I love lipstick of dark shades. It brightens smile, enhances eyes, defines Lips and a psychological boost too.
