Today I'm sharing a tasty recipe of fried fish with you. Fish is very healthy for us. It contains good amounts of protein, minerals, vitamins and omega3
and it should be taken twice a week for good health.
Let's move forward to recipe
INGREDIENTS :
- Fish
- red chili powder
- salt
- garlic /ginger paste
- cumin seeds
- Garam masala
- vinegar
- soya sauce
- corn flour
- All purpose flour
PROCEDURE :
Take fresh fish, wash it properly and place it in a strainer to remove extra water from it.
Take out all spices according to your taste and mixed them all except flour and corn flour.
put this paste over fish and mixed it nicely to all fish.
Now merinate it for 3hrs and keep it in fridge.
Now take 3_4tbsp of corn flour and 5_6 tbsp of flour.
Add salt and black pepper to it and mix well.
Cover this dry mixture over the fish one by one.
Keep them aside from some time.
Now take oil in pan and heat it
when the oil get hot add fish to the oil and fry it until golden brown.
Tasty fish is ready, served it hot
