So many people today like to consumes too much sugar that can be amounted to 25 kilograms each year, for this reason scientist tried to examine the good and bad effect of this popular food substance called sugar on the health and metabolisms.
Sugar are type of simple carbohydrates that is found naturally in some food, fruits and drinks.
It is also an additve in some food and drinks productions.consuming too much of sugar can equally leads to some health problem.
Some natural healthy food like vegetables, fruits and cerreals contains natural sugar that why they have sweeter taste. It is vital for people to include these food in their diet because they come with a range valueble health benefits.they have highly nutritional value.it contains vitamins and minerals.

sugar is here a very good effect on the brain.
Many people come to know that they have to reduce or stop their intake of sugar.but so many manufacturers tends to to add sugar to foods, for example cake,bread drinks etc. So this free or added sugar causes so many problems to the health.
Food that contains added sugar is not like natural foods that contains sugar, food and drinks that contains added sugar are not and have no nutritional value.they are poor in energy source because the body will digest it quickly, and it may cause health problem.
it causes increases the effects of diabetes especially to those who have the trait of diabetes in their gene.
it causes tooth decay or cavity
it increases the calories content and not adding any nutritional benefit to the body.so added sugar is not a good source of energy.
it causes weight gain
it increases the risks of heart attack when taking it too much.
Sugar has good and bad effect on our health, eating natural sugar is sometimes good to our health. But consuming too much added sugar in our daily diet is not good for our health it causes various health problems such as heart attack, diabetes and even gaining body weight.
So beware of added sugar in our daily dietary. Then when buying food check the sugar content, it is vital to read the label.
