Have you eaten this fruit before? Or have you seen someone eating it? Please try and have a bite of it and you won't regret tasting it. It's has a sweet taste and is crunchy when eating it. And it's health benefits are amazing. This fruit can be found around homes and villages.
This fruit contain vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin C, vitamin D, minerals: potassium, calcium, beta-carotene and amino acids and many more.
You may wonder why is it called monkey kola, infact the name detest some people who have not eaten the fruit before, please don't let that stop you from eating this sweet crunchy fruit. The fruit it eaten by monkies also, the same way banana is eaten by monkey.
How to Eat Monkey Kola
First of all, wash the rough skin of yellow monkey kola fruit.
Then, use knife or any sharp objects to cut and peel off the skin, you will see the yellow part, cut in half and remove the seed.
Wash it again if you want and take a bite of the fruit; Its sweet and crunchy.
Health benefits of yellow monkey kola
