It contains high amount of vitamin A.

It has antibiotic effect for urinary tract infection.
It is very good for migraine and stomach ailments.
Thanks to the selenium it contains, it protects the immune system.
Contains vitamin K and omega 3. In this way, it is a medicine for rheumatism and chronic pain.
I would like to share with you the recipe for the cauliflower dish I made today.
Materials
1 small cauliflower
Liquid oil
2 eggs
Black pepper
Cumin
Salt
Optional Garlic Yogurt
