Steem Women Club Contest #29 | Make Your Own Toy for Your Child

Hello steem women club. It is very fun to do activities with children. While doing activities, we both spend more quality time together and add many things to our child physically and mentally. This competition gave us the opportunity to make a toy that we have been postponing for a long time because it will take a long time. We had a lot of fun making this toy. My son's favorite games are; Playing with the earth with scoops, repairing things, sticking, cutting, making different cars and airplanes out of small legos. A toy farm we prepared. This farm has horses and sheep that we make ourselves. There is a small lake next to our farm where we have tiny fish and a fishing rod. While making this toy, we recycled, evaluated our old toys and designed new toys.

First of all, the materials for our small pond;
5 lt pet water drum
colored felts (dark blue light blue red orange)
silicone gun and silicone
magnet
2 skewers
1 thick rope
1 rope
1 needle
Preparation of;
Let's cut the bottom of the plastic bottle. Let's cover the inside and outside of the plastic bottle. Let's make waves with a lighter blue color on it and stick it.
Let's stick 2 garbage skewers together with the help of silicone. Let's stick our rope as a fishing line on it. Finally, let's stick the magnet on the bottom. Our fishing line is ready.
Let's take the papers we drew for our fish on the felts and cut them. Let's sew the felts that we gave the shape of a fish and place a magnet inside while sewing. Let's stick magnets on our plastic fish toys and evaluate them.

Farm supplies for horses and sheep;
4 pieces of cardboard
Colored background cardboard or craft papers
Some fiber or tulle
Preparation of;
For our farm, we cut 3 pieces of cardboard in equal dimensions as shown in the figure and glue them together with the help of silicone. We cut a rectangular cardboard for the roof and fold it by drawing it in the middle. Then we cover our farm with colored background cardboards and craft papers.
Let's take the horses and sheep from the paper that we have shaped and cut before, on the felts and cut them again. Let's stick the horse's mane and the sheep's ribbon on it. Finally, let's glue the support legs so that they can stand. Here our animals are ready. We also included our other animals in the house and our tractor with a small trailer and had a lot of fun.
