Many people in our country like domestic duck meat. Because there are many more tests to eat local duck meat. So today I shared with you the duck meat recipes of this community. My tradition & This Dish
I am bangladeshi girl.I am from Bangladesh. Most of the girls in our country like to cook. Cooking is a tradition in our country. I shared with you today the duck meat recipe. Duck meat is in great demand in our country and its importance is very high. In winter, duck meat is delicious to eat. At this time everyone eats more or less duck meat. Duck meat can be cooked in many ways. Duck meat is a good source of protein. Although I don't cook this meat all the time, sometimes everyone cooks and eats duck meat as a hobby. This duck meat is the hobby of many people in our country.
Ingredients :
• Duck meat-500gm
• Turmeric powder-2 tablespoon
• Pepper powder-2 tablespoon
• Spice powder-2 tablespoon
• Garlic paste-2 tablespoon
• Ginger paste-2 tablespoon
• The amount of oil
• The amount of salt
• Chop the onion-1 cup
• Chili powder -2 tablespoon
How to make :
step-1
• At first the ducks had skin, First I cleaned the upper feathers of the ducks with hot water. Then I cleaned the small feathers below. Then I sat down to cut the ducks. first I cut them into big pieces. Then I will gradually reduce all the big parts. Then I cut them into small pieces.

• Then I washed the parts well. Here I have cut four ducks but I will not cook so much meat together. I shared some meat and put it in the fridge. And I took some meat. I auctioned some meat in a pan for cooking.

• Then I gave the people some onion and green chilli powder. After getting these, I gave the garlic paste, ginger paste and salt ingredients in it. Then I gave the same amount of oil. Then I added turmeric powder, chilli powder and spice powder here. Here I put all the ingredients together in the meat.

• Then I put all the ingredients in the oven. At first I won’t make any moves. I will cover it with a lid and soak it for a while. I'll cook this way for a while. This is because the spices are well tasted in the meat to cook without stirring first.

• After a while I will open the lid and shake it a little. I will mix all the spices with the meat. Stir together until all the spices are mixed with the meat. In this way I will cut the meat for a while.

• After a little kasano, I understood the amount and gave it with water. I will shake it a little with water. Then cover with a lid and cook for a while.

• The broth is a little less and I will shake it well and see if everything is fine. If everything is fine then I will take it off the stove. Remove from the oven and serve on a plate.
