Hello friends,

Today I have brought before you a health drink that is beneficial for health. I will tell you what ingredients I make these drinks with and how they are made. Hey, I will share with you why drinks are good for our body. I hope you need these health drinks.

• Isabgulera Bran
• Tokma
• lemon
• sugar
• salt
• ice cubes
• water

How to make:

First I took a jug of water. Then I took a spoonful of this bran. I put all this husk in water.

Then I took a spoonful of takmai in that water. I took a spoonful of takmaya and put it in water. I mixed takmai and isbagulera husk together well in water. Then I left it at normal temperature for two to three hours.

Then I cut a lemon. I took out the juice from the cut lemons. After two to three hours, I took the soaked bran and takmai. I will see that they are completely swollen when wet.

Then I will shake it well and mix it. After that I gave lemon juice. Then I gave the amount of sugar in it. Then I gave salt in between. Then I gave him a piece of ice.

These drinks are very beneficial for our health. I learned about these drinks from my mother. Ever since I learned how to make these drinks from my mother and learned about its benefits, I have been making these drinks almost at home and drinking them myself and giving them to my family members to drink.

What are the benefits of these drinks made with the husk Tokma and lemon of Isabgul.

Isabgul contains bran and takmai amino acids. Isabagulera bran is very useful to keep the stomach well. Isubagulera bran benefits the body in many ways. It is much more beneficial for those who have high blood pressure and diabetes. If you have abdominal pain a lot of the time, playing Isubgul's bran reduces the abdominal pain and makes you feel fat. Isubgul eats bran for many other types of problems. Isubagulera bran is great to eat in the heat. Isubagulera husk and takmaya should be soaked in water for a long time. Afterwards it is mixed well with a little sugar and eaten.
