Steemit Engagement Contest3 ; Describe the activities you enjoy doing with your partner / family
Hello steemit family! It's a pleasure to be here again for the steemit engagement challenge week 3.
Thank you steemit team for bringing this amazing contest. I am so excited to be part of this family and I hope you enjoy my entry for this amazing contest.
Activities I enjoy doing with my partner /Family.
Life is mostly enjoyable when you spend time with your family and loved ones. You will feel fulfilled and loved.
Having a family or partner share activities with and spend time with is absolutely great, enjoyable and beautiful. It makes life more easier and stress free.
Some of the activities I enjoy doing with my partner/Family.
1. COOKING
Cooking is one of my hobbies, I enjoy cooking a lot, so I spend most of my time in the kitchen. I enjoy cooking mostly when I have people around helping out.
I enjoy other people's company in the kitchen too but the one I enjoy most is my younger sister's.

She's lively and fun to be with, no dull moment with her. She's clean, smart and do things exactly the way I like. You can see why I like her company so much.
And oh! she's my only sister, we are 5 in the family, 2 girls 3 boys. Being the only girls in the family we practically do almost everything together. Our likes are similar also. She's a foodie just like me, and she loves my style of cooking and my recipes, for that reason she's always eager to join me in the kitchen whenever I want to cook. And that makes the work more easier and saves time.
As my little sister, she's has a lot to learn from me, especially in the kitchen and I am happy she's always ready to learn. I am sure she is going to be a great cook like me in future.
2. TRAVELING
The activity I don't enjoy so much is traveling.
Traveling is always stressful for me most times because the way drivers handle passengers in this part of the world. And the vehicles they use are nothing to write home about. The worst one is the poor roads makes trips very uncomfortable for someone. Imagine the feeling, the discomfort and the mental stress one would pass through when embarking on a journey in that condition.
The good news is that, whenever I embark on journey like that with my family especially my sister, I feel totally different.
I will forget all those discomfort because whenever we travel together, we discuss, laugh and have fun all through the journey. So I enjoy traveling with her always especially when going to the village to visit our parents and relatives.

3. MAKING CLOTHES.
As a fashion designer, it's not easy to work alone, because making a complete dress entails a lot of things. From taking measurements to drafting the pattern, cutting, sewing and ironing. It is not an easy task to do alone.
You may want to ask if I don't have stylists and apprentice. Well I sew at home for the main time, I don't have a shop yet.
So for the past two years, my sister has been of great help to me in making clothes. Her company inspires and motivates me.
Whenever I have clothes to make, she is always ready to help out with ironing, cutting and other things involved, and I am glad she's learning through that. She had zero knowledge of tailoring at time she started, but now she's learnt a lot.

She can pedal the machine now and she can also cut simple styles. And I am glad we are both enjoy doing it together.
Oh! She's my model too. She's a fashionista.

4. WATCHING MOVIES
You will agree with me that, when you watch movie alone, you won't enjoy it as much as when you watch with a parter or loved ones.
I and my sister have series of movies we watch together during our leisure time.
Phillipines movies and Korean movies are our favorites. After watching, we will discuss and analyze the the lessons in it,and that's the most interesting part of it because she's smart and I enjoy watching movies with mostly in the family.

CONCLUSION
A family that shares and do activities together stays together. The fact that it gives the families chance to bond, makes it more interesting.
Spending time and creating memories with one's partner or family are the best moments of life.

My sister poor roads is the top of the day now. The roads are so bad that one gets scared to travel. We really need better roads.
