Hello dearest amigas ! How are you feeling today? Are you stressed or tired from a days work? Maybe you can try cooking out traditional dish if you're fond of eating fish.
We live in Lapulapu city in Mactan Island here in the Philippines. Here we have many kinds of seafood restaurants since our surrounding islets supplies them.
This traditional dish came from our late late ancestors that it is most common in the Philippine tables.

Cooking our Traditional Food almost everyday

First is I have to choose my best ingredients for my family to keep them healthy . Besides we have to be careful in choosing now a days. So it have to be fresh to have the dish at its best.

Then clean the fish , take out its intestines to take out the strong smell when the fish is cooked.

Ingredients
All chopped;
spring onions two stalks
tomatoes two to three pcs.
onions one big piece

Tanglad stems. Two stalks
Long green peppers. 3pcs cut into
two
Fish almost half kilo
3cups of water to boil

Procedure
A.. Boil water in a cooking pot with the fish

B.. When its boiling add the chopped tomatoes and onions and green long peppers then seasoned with salt to taste.

C. You can squeeze a piece of lemon after you put the ground stalks of tanglad or lemongrass.
D. Pinch on a little seasoning of choice to add your favorite taste.

Now you can have a hot soup with fish that will ease your tired moments of day.
