Hello Steemit Team;
I will write you our application form for September.I can say that with the support in August, we have become stronger and the trust in my community has increased.
Purpose of the Community;
I started this community about 11 months ago to get women active. I updated my goals and plans day by day. I have created an environment where women can write comfortably and with pleasure. It must be said that we are in a good position on the Steemit PLatform. Maybe we are not at the top, but we are at the top with the power of women. Because we are in unity and togetherness. It gladly invites many female friends. We are a community that supports women, shares ideas and is popular.
Our number of women is approximately 6k.
Our active post count has increased to 401 . Compared to other communities, our total number of posts is higher than many communities.

We are planning to buy a new mod, but to be able to afford it, we need to increase the rewards. Or it will be necessary to select at least 10 people for quality posts. Editing this is very difficult. We are planning to activate women from other countries.
All moderators help women in their own language and speak English.
• Each moderator receives a weekly reward in the Steem women's club community.

There will be no possibility of losing the key. You can see that the key is not in the hands of only one person. Moderators provide vote support and comment on the official account on their own day each week. This system started about a month ago. Mod and I run it jointly.
We organize Contests to Promote the Community;
We advertise on forum pages on websites. We entered google searches with the SEO work I set up months ago. We advertised on social media accounts with the hashtag #steem #steemit.

We share regular posts and information from the Steem Women Club Official account. We share the necessary reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Our community shares necessary information with users.

Thousands of women are voted on from the curator's account. Every mod necessarily votes for every woman. And we write comments from the official account. Our curator report this week;

What are your plans to increase the SP of the account?
Votes from the curators are primarily used to strengthen and improve the community account. Weekly competitions are held regularly in our community. Some post prizes are held as liquid steem and funds are provided for competitions. However, the rewards may decrease due to the decrease in the support of the curators.
We firmly believe that we will be the curators of women with our committee and our own sp. We believe this and report it to the managers.
Are all post rewards open, or are they used to pay donors or members of the community team?

We started a great event with the 'One Child Thousand Children' project on our charitable account. We make children's dreams come true. Some just want to eat, some to school clothes, some to bikes... Delegation Increased to Our Curator Account
As users understood our purpose in this support program and got votes, they both became stronger by making the Sp and curated our official account. Thanks to these delegations, we will be able to become curators and vote for more people. We will achieve this by staying in the support program. In addition, the delegation requirement to be selected with high quality contributed to this power.

Plagiarism and Abuse
We inform the users in our community that plagiarism is prohibited in telegram, discord and whatsapp groups. We provide the necessary trainings by keeping in constant contact with the users. The moderators check and warn about plagiarism. We also appointed @endingplagiarism as a moderator to help us with Plagiarism.
When selecting quality posts, we wanted achievement missions in the Newcomers community to do at least 3 missions.
Are you sure all the photos used in your community are copyright free?
We encourage users in our community to use their own photos. We ensure that images taken from the Internet are used without copyright. Or we tell him to add a source link.
In this regard, our moderators help with the correction of the content by making warnings on the parts that they see missing when commenting on the posts.
Participation and Commentary
5 Representatives and I comment as needed. We support members. We are a good example for this. We are very different from other communities. In addition, we launched such a professional system months ago.
We will also continue to improve our community by helping each other in the discord and telegram group.

Plans and Updates
As a community, our goal is to reach more women and bring new users to the platform. We make an effort to reach many new users and bring them to our community. We try to increase interaction by sharing the posts we have prepared on different social media. At the same time, I am trying to announce Steemit by giving paid google ads. I am working on the blog website http://www.steemwomenclub.com/ to appear in google search bar by working as CEO.
We are trying to create a new user base by introducing steemit to active users in the community and their friends.
Most of all these efforts are for my two goals. The first is to be a curator account for the country community I am the manager of and the Steem women club community of which I am the second founder! We are making great efforts to become a popular and conscious community. Withdrawing support as a popular community will encourage using liquid steems. This will prevent us from doing SP.
In addition, we organize a zoom meeting and provide training for each representative women. Even if you don't see the background, steemit puts a lot of effort into it.
We frequently organize competitions from the official charity account of our community. We give generous rewards to women. However, depending on the decrease in support, chain rewards will decrease, delegation rewards will decrease and the amount of sp will decrease. Providing support for us on a large platform like steemit will affect how steemit works.

It is very important to be in this month's support program. Because withdrawing support from communities like ours will both reduce trust in steemit and undermine trust in us. I hope we will be in a program where it will be supported on its official account. Because we as a community

We do not want to choose the official account with high quality. Because it would make more sense to support women. But curators should help increase our SP power by supporting official accounts. In addition, this intense effort of country representatives and community representatives should not be overlooked.
Steem women club has received support for 11 months at full speed and with its rising popularity. We supported women. We have won the trust of women. 161+ Women trusted us to delegate. In such a case, the decrease in support will reduce the motivation of women and disrupt the system. This is an undesirable situation. However, despite the decline in support lately, women have increased their active posts, motivated by representatives. And they supported us.
Most of the users in our community prepare quality posts, but they are affected as motivation because they are not supported.
As Steemit's popular community, I think we deserve to be on the support program of the month. For this, all users make more effort to make Steemit popular by sharing arbitrarily.

I will be working with Venezuelan women to promote steemit, and steem for women in my country. The campaign will start today. We want all women out there to join steemit and steem women club. I hope that the errors when registering and creating the account will disappear soon.
