Hello Steemit Team;

I will write you our application form for September.I can say that with the support in August, we have become stronger and the trust in my community has increased.

Steem Women Club Community has continued to be managed with dedication and discipline until today. Unlike all communities, we established the system with the feeling of sincerity and trust with women. We will continue to manage this system with administrators and moderators.I will gladly submit our October application.

Purpose of the Community;

I founded this community with great goals and enthusiasm. I updated my goals and plans day by day. I have created an environment where women can write comfortably and with pleasure. I have gained the trust of women by finding solutions to all their problems in Telegram and discord channels. I became a guide on steemit. I talked to women from different cultures about the conveniences on this platform. We are in a worse position on Steemit PLatform compared to 2 months ago. But it is clear that this is not from us. We've put a lot of effort into rectifying and updating the situation. Maybe we are not at the top, but we are at the top with the power of women. Because we are in unity and togetherness. We gladly invite many female friends. We are a community that supports women, shares ideas and is popular.
Our number of women is 6k.
Our active post count is 300. Compared to other communities, our total number of posts is higher than many communities.

We are planning to buy a new mod, but to be able to afford it, we need to increase the rewards. Or it will be necessary to select at least 10 people for quality posts. Editing this is very difficult. We are planning to activate women from other countries.

All moderators assist women in their own language and speak English. They motivate women in their groups with my guidance. They support them to share.

What are your plans to increase the SP of the account?

Curators' votes are primarily used to strengthen and improve the community account. Weekly competitions are held regularly in our community. Some post prizes are held as liquid steem and funds are provided for competitions. However, due to waning support from the curators, the awards have changed. With the support of booming for 2 months, the official account has not been voted. Buddha had a great impact on delegation awards, competition awards and representative awards. She canceled delegations after women noticed that support was waning.

We do not want to break our belief that we will be curators of women with the delegation and our own sp. All the women on Discord and telegram channel support us and make an effort to get good support. . We believe this and report it to the managers.

Are all post rewards open or used to pay donors or members of the community team?

We started a great event with the 'One Child Thousand Children' project through our charitable account. We make children's dreams come true. Brand Sponsorship Work for Steem Women Club

Our biggest work this month was to introduce world famous care care/cosmetics brands. Introducing even one of these brands to steemit can change the entire infrastructure. That's why we chose 5 brands for the first sponsorship brand promotion.

When choosing these brands, we paid attention to the fact that they are products that women always use. We also looked at whether brands have active social media accounts. Women introduced products belonging to these brands.

Seeing the effort of this community, two generous investors sponsored the contests.

After that, we sent a message to corporate companies' e-mails. We gave detailed information about sponsorship and steemit. Of course, this process will proceed slowly. Of course, it is difficult for companies that do not know the Steemit platform to understand. But we try very hard to get it. I even made phone calls in the background. We are working to achieve this.

And a cosmetic brand belonging to a big company reached us. We are in the talking stage right now. We are very excited to have such an established company sign up for Steemite or sponsor our community.

Plagiarism and Abuse

We inform the users in our community that plagiarism is prohibited in telegram, discord and whatsapp groups. We provide the necessary trainings by keeping in constant contact with the users. The moderators check and warn about plagiarism. We also appointed @endingplagiarism as a moderator to help us with Plagiarism.

When selecting quality posts, we wanted achievement missions in the Newcomers community to do at least 3 missions.

Are you sure all the photos used in your community are copyright free?

We encourage users in our community to use their own photos. We ensure that images taken from the Internet are used without copyright. Or we tell him to add a source link.

In this regard, our moderators help with the correction of the content by making warnings on the parts that they see missing when commenting on the posts.

Participation and Commentary

5 Representatives and I comment as needed. We support members. We are a good example for this. We are very different from other communities. In addition, we launched such a professional system months ago.

We will also continue to improve our community by helping each other in the discord and telegram group.

Plans and Updates

As a community, our goal is to reach more women and bring new users to the platform. We strive to reach many new users and bring them into our community. We make many paid advertisements on social media accounts that you do not see. We explain the system to users who send messages. In this way, there are women who participate in steemit. We try to increase the interaction by sharing the posts we have prepared on different social media. At the same time, I am trying to announce Steemit by giving paid google ads. We are trying to build a new user base by promoting steemit to active users and friends in the community.

Most of all these efforts are for my two purposes. The first is to be a curator account for the country community that I am the manager of and the Steem women's club community of which I am the second founder! We make great efforts to be a popular and conscious community. Withdrawing support as a popular community will encourage the use of liquid steems. This will prevent us from making SP.
We are also holding a zoom meeting and training each representative woman. Even if you don't see the background, steemit puts a lot of effort into it.

We frequently organize competitions from our community's official charity account. We give generous rewards to women. However, depending on the decrease in support, chain rewards will decrease, delegation rewards will decrease and sp amount will decrease. Supporting us on a large platform like steemit will affect how steemit works.

It is obvious that no community takes steem to develop. We know that Steemit is strengthened by being supported by its curators. We know that every community uses it as they wish. we have become stronger by sp so far. We made an effort to be a curator. We got the delegation sp. And we continue to receive. In return, we gave prizes exceeding $2000.

Since we've been on booming support for 2 months, we haven't had the opportunity to sp. Of course, the decline in support for Steemit among popular communities has certainly affected everyone. We want you to see our efforts to fix this. community guidance will be obvious.

Because withdrawing support from communities like ours will both reduce trust in steemit and undermine trust in us. I hope we will be in a program where it will be supported on its official account. Because we as a society

Steem women's club has received support for 11 months with full speed and increasing popularity. We supported women. We have won the trust of women. 150+ Women trusted us to empower. In such a case, the decrease in support will reduce the motivation of women and disrupt the system. This is an undesirable situation. However, despite declining support recently, women have increased their active positions by being motivated by representatives. And they supported us.

Most of the users in our community are making quality posts, but they are affected as motivation because they are not supported.

As Steemit's popular community, I think we deserve to be on the support program of the month. For this, all users make more effort to popularize Steemit by making arbitrary posts.
