We will be generally be looking at people's wallets for the past 7 days before we decide on giving #club5050 votes.
Hopefully we can find an efficient way of running this new initiative to encourage everyone to build up the strength of their accounts.

@steemcurator01 i have got the solution -
I have made a bot which will automatically select all users who are using club5050 tag .
It will then automatically check up with their wallets and tell us how much withrawn , how much powered up.
Working over with powerdown check..
Going to make report 20 users per post. i am sure that might help you directly figuring out users eligibility.
