The Diary Game - Better Life 05 August 2021

Hello, dear Steemians,

I had a great day today. I watched the show Fire of Anatolia for the first time and it was a great show. As you know, forests have been burning in the south of Turkey lately. We are very sorry for that. All proceeds of this show were donated to fire-fighting foundations. This made me happy.

The show started at 9 pm. I met my friend at 6 pm in Taksim. The Harbiye Open Air Theater, where the show will be held, is considered close to Taksim Square. First, we planned to have dinner. We decided to go to a fish restaurant for the first time. Both the interior design and the view of the restaurant were excellent. All the back quarters of Taksim could be seen easily. We spent about two hours eating. We collected good memories.

Then we started walking to the place where the show will be held. The air was fantastic as the sun went down. We walked for about half an hour, but it was pleasant because the weather was cool.

The show of Fire of Anatolia lasted about two hours. I want to tell you about the Fire of Anatolia. According to their webpages information : “A synthesis of hundreds of folk dances and music from different regions, Fire of Anatolia is a unique project whose source is Anatolia’s ancient mythological and cultural history.
This group produced by Mustafa Erdoğan. The show was scheduled to tour abroad after just a few performances in Turkey. It is estimated that Fire of Anatolia has performed for over 40 million people, both in foreign countries and nationally, since their debut on May 3, 2001.”

The subject of the show is to show the different cultures of Anatolia. According to Mustafa Erdoğan: "The main concept behind Fire of Anatolia is the meeting of civilizations."
The show ended at 11 pm. It was midnight when I got home. I fell asleep as soon as I got home.
