Steem Women Club Contest # 19 Local Dress Promotion |We Want to See Colors!| 10 Winners and 50 Steem Rewards.

Hello, beautiful women of Steem Women Club community. I am participating on the contest # 19 on local Dress Promotion.

Dressing is one of the basic needs of a human. It beautifies the individual putting it on and hides some abnormallies 8f an individual in his body. However, this aspect of human life have graduated from being a basic need to be something we can celebrate about.

Every locality has its own m8de of dressing. What may be acceptable cor women to wear in my country may not be accepted in other countries and vice versa.

In Nigeria where I lived, we have 3 major ethnic groups. They are Igbo,Hausa ad Yoruba. These three ethnic groups have their different cultures and ways of dressing.
I come from Ibo tribe and we have own dressing. We use such materials like Ankara,diva,Hitargets etc to see our traditional wears.We can use them to see different styles and designs.
In order to promote the Igbo local dressing,wearing of native or local dressing to work is allowed on certain days of the week precisely on Friday's. This has gone a long way to promote the tradional life style.
I am going to show 3 images portraying our local dressing.

This style of dress is known as 'Butterfly'

You can use materials like Ankara, Diva SD Hitargets to sew this local Dress. This 'Butterfly' style is a simple style and also one of the easiest styles you can see ad wear it does not cost much to sew and as such most go for this style of dress.it can be worn to work, events, Church, etc.

This will take 7000 Naira, for the material and sewing. Which is 28 steem at the rate of N250/steem

This is an Off-Shoulder and Flair Style.

Materials like Ankara, Hitargets, Wax,Diva to sew this type of local dressing. It may require extra effort to make this kind of cloth, because of the styles and designs. But then, that is the beauty of the dress and you can put it on to any event and be confident of your self.
This will take 7000 Naira, for the material and sewing. Which is 28 steem at the rate of N250/steem

This is a Straight-cut style.

This is one of the simplest styles that you can sew. materials like Ankara, Diva can be use to make this dress.To make it more fitting and attractive, you make a long belt using the cloth material and tie it on your waist. It is not expensive to make, but very beautiful.
This will take 6000 Naira, for the material and sewing. Which is 24 steem at the rate of N250/steem
