I am very busy these months because I keep those beautiful fruits and vegetables in the summer to consume them in the same freshness in the winter.

I am also one of those people who prefer to keep it in the refrigerator.
Now I will give you the recipe.
First, we clean and cut as many beans as you want.
After cleaning all the beans in this way, we soak them in salted water for half an hour.
At the end of half an hour, we wash our beans and filter them with the help of a strainer.
We boil water in a large pot.
We throw the beans into the boiling water and remove it 3-5 minutes after it starts to boil again.
We throw it into the ice water we prepared and after it cools for 3-5 minutes, we remove it from the strainer.
This process is called the shocking process.
We have to be a little quick while doing this.
After waiting for 5 minutes in the strainer, we put it in a freezer bag and tie it tightly by removing the air with the help of a straw.
When you close it with air, there is no freezer smell.
And our winter beans are ready.
You can put it in the freezer.
