Hello beautiful women of Steem Women Club community

I know it is a bit late, but I barely saw this contest encouraged me to do it, since there is a juice that I love and part of it is super refreshing, it is nutritious and it has many benefits, so today I decided to share with you this delicious recipe.

I got to know this game by inventing, really, I was encouraged to add a little lemon to the traditional passion fruit juice, and I loved it, I investigated a little more and I was surprised by the amount of properties it has, apart from being super easy to use.

Ingredients:

  • Parchita
  • Lemon
  • Sugar

The first thing we will do is divide the shells, and the juice in different containers, the shells in a pot, and the juice in a plate.

The shells of the passion fruit are boiled.

The juice is extracted from the lemons, and it is liquefied together with the juice of the passion fruit, and one of the well-boiled shells.

The sugar is added, you continue blending more until you feel that it is enough, and strain the juice.
