Hola hermosa comunidad!! espero que estén muy bien, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes en el concurso #15 de @steemwomensclub como hacer una linda y muy util mascarilla. En tiempos de pandemia son muy necesarios para nuestra protección ya que reducen en un gran porcentaje el riesgo a que nos contagiemos de covid-19. Espero les guste, comencemos con el proceso.

Hii beautiful community!! I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you in the contest #15 of @steemwomensclub how to make a nice and very useful face mask. In times of pandemic they are very necessary for our protection as they reduce in a great percentage the risk of catching covid-19. I hope you like it, let's start with the process.

Pasos para realizar

Realizamos un molde con la ayuda de la cinta métrica medimos horizontal 28 cm y vertical 18 cm tratamos de que quede lo más parejo, con la tijera cortamos y nos queda la hoja cuadrada. Luego con la misma cinta medimos en cada esquina 6 cm y cortamos, doblamos la hoja a la mitad y marcamos en el medio, luego medimos antes de las dos esquinas 2 cm y medio con un vaso la mitad desde el centro hasta la esquina y nos queda le media luna. Las medidas finales son: laterales (6cm). Desde las esquinas hasta el centro medimos 8.5cm y de manera vertical en el centro 13cm.

Steps to perform

We make a mold with the help of the measuring tape we measure horizontally 28 cm and vertically 18 cm we try to make it as even as possible, with the scissors we cut and we get the square sheet. Then with the same tape measure in each corner 6 cm and cut, fold the sheet in half and mark in the middle, then measure before the two corners 2 cm and a half with a glass half from the center to the corner and we have the half moon. The final measurements are: sides (6cm). From the corners to the center we measure 8.5cm and vertically in the center 13cm.

Luego ponemos el molde encima de la tela de nuestra preferencia, en mi caso fueron los colores a elegir fueron negro y azul, y tela roja para un pequeño relleno, pero es opcional. Le coloqué unos alfileres y corte la tela, llevé el tapabocas para la maquina de coser, pero antes la planché, cosí todo pero deje una parte sin coser para poder voltearla, después de coser, hice unas pinzas arriba y abajo, y lo de las puntas las lleve hacia adentro y se hice una costura recta, luego doblé las esquinas para poder insertarles la tiras.

Then we put the mold on top of the fabric of our preference, in my case the colors to choose were black and blue, and red fabric for a little padding, but it is optional. I put some pins and cut the fabric, I took the cover for the sewing machine, but before I ironed it, I sewed everything but left a part without sewing to be able to turn it over, after sewing, I made some clips above and below, and I took the ends to the inside and made a straight seam, then I folded the corners to be able to insert the strips.

Y lista nuestra mascarilla. Para colocale el logo de Steemit le pedí ayuda a mi primo ya que el trabaja estampando franelas, gorras y tazas.

And that's it for our mask. To put the Steemit logo on it I asked my cousin for help since he works printing T-shirts, caps and mugs.

Como lo dije al principio del post, las mascarillas actualmente representan una gran importancia por la reducción que logran al riesgo de contagio del covid-19. Espero que esto sea de gran ayuda. Y por otra parte el diseño con el logo de Steemit como un pequeño agradecimiento por toda la ayuda y apoyo que me han dado hasta ahora.

As I said at the beginning of the post, the masks currently represent a great importance because of the reduction they achieve to the risk of covid-19 contagion. I hope this will be of great help. And on the other hand the design with the Steemit logo as a small thank you for all the help and support you have given me so far.
