Given below are the benefits of loosing weight.

As one sheds extra kgs of weight he or she automatically looks younger and smarter then before . Another benefit of loosing weight is you remain fit and active during the day and do not have to carry those extra weight on your body.

The other benefits are

1 Your skin starts glowing.
2 You will feel energetic throughout the day.
3 You will feel more younger looking comparatively
4 You can wear your favourite dresses.

Some tips to reduce weight

15 minutes workout in the morning and 15 minutes workout in the evening.
Avoid eating oily foods or junk foods and overeating too
Take short meal at regular intervals for proper digestion.
Jogging for 20 minutes at least till you sweat.
Replacing warm water with normal water.
Eating too many salads.
