Why is taking care of hair is necessary?

Hair is probably one of the first things you notice about people when meeting them for the first time. This is especially true for women. Beautiful and shiny hair always leaves good impression, which is why proper hair care is important. Also, good care of your hair plays an important part in having healthy hair and helps avoid extensive damage that can lead to hair loss. Regular washing with celebrity advertised shampoos and conditioners is not enough. To have a healthy, strong and shiny hair, you need to know how to care for it daily.

Trim Hair Regularly – Many believe this should be done to promote hair growth. Well, believe it or not, it is a myth. Regardless of whether you trim it, cut it or do none of these, your hair grows half an inch or 1.3 cm every month. Genetics, hormones and diet are the true factors that affect the rate at which hair grows. The real reason you need regular haircuts is to keep your hair healthy. Split ends not only give your hair neglected appeal, but also make it look unhealthy. They are caused by combing and regular usage of hairstyling tools. Therefore, it is best to trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to maintain strong and healthy hair.

Things required for the pack

Curry leaves and dried Amla

Take some curry leaves and dried Amla soak them in water for atleast half an hour and then grind it properly .

After grinding strain the liquid and throw the solid parts then keep it in a container and your pack is ready for applying.

You can also store it in a spray bottle and spray it
For best results apply thrice.
