How to prepare

• Wash your coconut and lemon and glass cup with running water

• break the coconut and trun the water into a blow or cup

• cut and squeeze the lime juice inside the coconut water,

• allow for like 5 minutes to mix , then is ready to drink

• prepare it like this for three days . morning and evening u will see difference
