Herbal ingredients used for malaria and typhoid
Greetings dear beautiful ladies of #steemwomenclub, A good day to u all. Am happy to share these experience with ❤️you on how to treat malaria and typhoid, with just harbs, that is good for health
The ingredient used in this harbs is our normal choice of ingredients,used for different kind of meals.
INGREDIENTS
• lemongrass
• ginger
• moringa leaf
• scent leaf
• lip-ton tea
How to prepare
First u have to wash your utensil thoroughly with running water
Second wash the ingredient which is lemongrass, ginger peel and wash, scent leaf, moringa leaf, thoroughly with water.
Thirdly, after washing, put all ingredients inside the kettle, and quantity of water u prefer, then put in the fire to heat for 30 minutes or so, until the colour of the water change to brown entirely.
The harbs is ready to drink, just pour into a cup and allow to cool if u want,
Conclusion
Plz I encourage all to put it a try as family, reason because is a natural substance that is healthy for the body.
