Hot chilli cultivation in my polytunnel

Today I thought to right about my hot chilli cultivation.
According to (SHU) Scoville heat units records,hot chilli is the most hotest pepper in the world.
GREEN CHILLI-5000 SHU.
RED CHILLI-100000SHU .
HOT CHILLI-1600000SHU .
There are many kinds of hot chillies.I have planted variety of ' SCOTCH BONNET' in a polytunnel without using chemicals .

So I got a GAP catificate(GOOD AGRICULTUREL PRACTICES) from agriculture of department in sri lanka.
Sauce,bites,chutney can make by using hot chillies.exporters can export this crops.
This is few of my today harvest.

I like my chilli cultivation a lot.
