How are you all? Hope you are are doing good.
Today I am going to share one of my best and favourite beverage recipe.
I am a coffee and tea addict person, I love to drink coffee.
Cold coffee is a perfect drink to sip on during hot days of summers.
Ingredients
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Coffee | 1 table spoon |
| Milk | 2 cup |
| Milk powder | 4 table spoon |
| Chocolate | 1 mini size dairy milk packet |
| Ice | as you want |
| Ice cream | 100ml |
| Sugar | 2 spoon |
Making process
Step-1
Boil the milk and let it cool for half an hour. Then take it in a cup. Transfer milk in the blender.
Step-2
Now add sugar in the blender. It is better to mix suger with warm water or warm milk first. It helps sugar cube mixed properly in water as well as cold coffee.
Step-3
Then Add milk powder with milk and suger. Milk powder is basically used for making foam in this item.
Step-4
And now add coffee powder with this. Here i used 1 table spoon coffee powder. If you loke strong coffee than you can add more coffee powder.
Step-5
In this step, I covered the blender head and start blending by pressing blengers button.I blend these about 3-4 minutes. Here I also add some ice cube.
Step-6
Now, take the chocolet and melt it. This chocolate is mainly for decoration. You can use chocolate syrup instead of chocolate.
Step-7
Our serving glass os ready. I decorate serving glass with chocolate. Here is did it with the help of spoon.
Step-8
Now I take some ice cube and ice cream into the glass. This is the main part of making cold drinks. Without ice and ice cream it tests like normal coffee and you wouldn’t experience the real test of this cold coffee.
Finally pour the drink into the glass glass.
Step-9
In final step I take salfie with my cold coffee and drink it.
You should try this beverage at your home, you will definitely love this.
