Hello beautiful ladies, I'm here to share with you my little knowledge about taking care of your skin using fresh bitter leaf.

Fresh bitter leaves

Most people know bitter leaves are used for cooking but I've learned over the time that it can also be used for other purpose such as scrubbing the face to serve as cleanser.

I have a dry and highly sensitive skin and that makes me very careful of what I use on my skin.
However, I was opportune to learn about the effect of fresh bitter leaf on my facial skin.

I choose bitter leaf because of its a natural cleanser and for it's numerous benefits such as protein, fiber, carbohydrates, iron, etc.

So when I tried fresh bitter leaf on my face, I have no regrets and some of my family members decided to join me.

I use my fresh bitter leaf morning and night.

In addition, I have other products I use after scrubbing my face with the bitter leaf.

As we go through, we will see the products.

Please allow me show you how I take care of my face.

💄 I'll pluck my fresh bitter leaf and squeeze out the juice with my hand. Then I'll use it to scrub my face and leave it for 10 minutes.

Wash it off using my soap and water.

Use my face towel to clean my face.

Apply my JRA facial cream on the face

While I apply my Beauty Fair body care cream on the other parts of my body.

Followed by my pond's pink face powder.

Followed by my blonde lip gloss.

Then I'm ready to go.

I choose the other products because they moisturizes my skin, bringing out the desired glow.
