Introduction
Hello my dear beautiful ladies, today I want to share my recipe of moimoi with Ugwu leaves.
Moimoi is an African delicacy from beans.
Beans is a proteinous food that is very good is building and nourishing the body while Ugwu leaves are rich in minerals and also boost immunity and blood.
Sit, relax and learn my moimoi recipe.
Ingredients
Recipe
Ingredients | Amount |

Beans | 4 cups |
Palm oil | 2 cooking spoon |
Seasoning cubes | 10 cubes |
Pepper | Handful |
Onion | 1 bulb |
Ugwu leaves | Handful |
Water | Half cup |
Procedure
Select my beans, wash and put in a plastic bowl.Wash my pepper and onion and add to the already washed beans and grind/blend |

Blended paste ready for final mixture
Afterwards blending, you add seasoning cubes that has already been soaked in the half cup of water, palm oil, Ugwu leaves and then scoop and tie in a transparent nylon.
Tied moimoi ready for cooking
Put the tied moimoi into a pot filled with water and set on fire to cook properly for 40 minutes |

You can now relax with your moimoi with either a cup of Garri, pap or water.
