Hello beautiful ladies of @SteemwomenClub, welcome to my blog.
Today, I will be sharing with you about the benefits of a very important drink that seems to be ignored.

Water

Water (H2O) is an inorganic transparent, odorless, tasteless and colourless chemical substance which constituents most of earth's hydrosphere.

Water covers 71% of the surface of the planet and the human body is made up of 60% while 90% of our blood is water.

Keeping our bodies hydrated is of topmost importance for our health and well-being.

Health Benefits of Drinking Water

  • It improves circulation
  • Our bodies solemnly depends on water
  • It serves as lubricant to the joint
  • It delivers oxygen throughout the body
  • It boosts skin health and beauty
  • It maintains blood pressure
  • It helps in flushing away body waste
  • It prevents kidney damage
  • It makes minerals and nutrients accessible.

In fact the benefits of water in the body can never be underestimated, therefore, water keeps human being running.

Conclusion

Do you now see the reason why we should consume more water every day?
And there is no agreed quantity of water to be consumed but we are advised to drink as much as possible to keep hydrated.
Finally, I urge all @steemwomenclub members and @womenclubcharity to make water consumption a deliberate and conscious habit.
Because it saves a lot of stress.
