Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my blog again, hope you guys are fine. Today I want to share with you, how I make my indomie noodles and some of it's benefits to health. So let's get started.

If someone ask you, what is indomie? What will be your response. Let me tell you what I understand by indomie in my own way.

Indomie could be defined as food processed instant noodles that contains vitamin D & Calcium. Indomie is a source of dietary fiber. These vitamins/nutrients helps to keep the bone and teeth healthy. Indomie is also made up of carbohydrates which are energy giving food.

So let's go to the kitchen to prepare indomie. Here are the ingredients that I'm using in making this indomie. We have different indomie company with their brand. You can use the type that you like most.

There, I have one pack of indomie, three eggs, one big onion and one pack of power oil for frying. Pepper is optional.

First I will put my indomie in a pot and pour water then set it on the fire. Remember not to add the seasoning Maggi to it because we are frying it. Most people prefer boiling water and just pour it on the indomie then cover it for some time, so that it won't be soft too much. But I like this procedure I'm using now.

While waiting for it to pour, break your eggs in a bowl and then set aside, slice your onion and set aside too.

Don't allow your indomie to be over cooked, Once the indomie is boiling, sieve the remaining water from it and set a pot on the fire to heat then add your groundnut oil, allow to heat then add some slice onion to the groundnut oil then put little onion to the egg with a pinch of salt and stir the egg very well, then fry your egg . Allow it to fry then take the fried egg out. Then add your seasoning Maggi & pepper to your indomie and mix very well, then fry it to your desire. And take it out of the fire.

Now your instant indomie noodles is ready.
Always know that you can add any vegetables like carrot, green bean e.t.c. to help garnish it and add more taste on it, when preparing it because it helps to add more nutrients to it.
After eating, digest it with water or juice.

I love indomie so much😍 and I know your children will love it too. Indomie is the best fast food for everyone. I will advice you to always add protein like egg, meat, e.t.c. to your indomie because it helps to circulate blood vessels.

I always remember that song, we always sang when someone is preparing indomie back then.

Benefits of Indomie


Indomie helps most people appetite to be full after eating, most times it help them to lose weight.

Indomie are energy giving food which help to give your body strength and help to structure your bones.

Indomie noodles boost immune system which contain high amount of zinc which helps enzymes to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins thus enabling your immune system to function properly.

Indomie supplies the body with energy which are rich in vitamin B components which include folic acid. these helps in the conversion of carbohydrates into fuel needed by the body to take part in different tasks.

Indomie reduces the risk of suffering from heart attack which contains amount of cholesterol, calories. This reduced the accumulation of fat along blood vessels and this in turn makes it easier for the blood to pass through the vessels without barrier causing reduced risks of heart attack.

It also help to strengthen teeth,bones and
maintaining healthy skin both in children and adults. it helps to provide cells and tissues when needed.

It can also helps the body to metabolize proteins like eggs, meat e.t.c. it also support healthy blood when taken with proteins and vegetables like carrot, green bean, e.t.c.

it helps the brain and nervous system functioning very well thereby, ensuring the growth and development of muscles, bones, hair, and skin of the children and even adults.

Wow! You mean indomie noodles have all of these nutritional value? I never knew.
Please, what do you have to say about rumour that indomie is cancerous? Have you heard of it, if yes, what's your take on it.

The claim that instant noodles contain a wax coating that can cause cancer is FALSE, There is no evidence that wax is present in instant noodles.
indomie is made up of wheat flour, vegetable oil, iodized salt e.t.c. it is because it is a processed food that is why that rumor is spread easily.

Nice Recipe, would try it out. Would like to point out a correction. Indomie isn't the name of the food, it's called Noodles, Indomie is a brand, just like Mimme Noodles, golden penny noodles etc. Thanks
