A fair was presented in Bogra city and I have shared this subject with you. We went to that fair and sat in the restaurant. After sitting in the restaurant, we saw Fuchka being sold outside the restaurant. From there we played phukka and my brother and my bhabi sat beside me and they also played phukka.

These phuchkas are sold in different places on the sidewalks of our country. Fuchka is in great demand in Bangladesh. This popular dish is eaten by boys and girls all the time if they come across Fuchkawala on the way. And once someone eats this phuchka, they come to the sidewalk again and again to eat phuchka. Our country has no ban on selling street food like this on the sidewalk. This is why people eat food on the sidewalk very carefully. Although it is harmful to health. But even though it is not a nutritious food, everyone eats phukka from the street because it is good to eat the food.

When I go out with family members, with the intention of traveling. When I go out in the evening, I eat this fuchka food. Anyone who goes out with me, my parents, siblings, whatever. They love to eat this dish with me. I was feeling very good that day as I was sitting in a restaurant eating my favorite food. It's more fun to sit in a restaurant and eat than to stand on the street and eat phuchka.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আশা করি আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন। আমি আজকে আপনাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করতে এসেছি রেস্টুরেন্টে গিয়ে আমার ফুচকা খাওয়ার গল্প। আমার বড় ভাইয়ের সঙ্গে কয়েকদিন আগে আমরা একটা জায়গায় ভ্রমণ করতে গিয়েছিলাম। বগুড়া শহরে একটি মেলা উপস্থাপন হয়েছিল আমি আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করেছি এই বিষয়টি। সেই মেলায় গিয়ে আমরা রেস্টুরেন্টে বসেছি রেস্টুরেন্টে বসার পর আমরা রেস্টুরেন্টের বাহিরে দেখতে পেলাম ফুচকা বিক্রি করা হচ্ছে। সেখান থেকে আমরা ফুচকা খেলাম এবং আমার পাশে আমার ভাই এবং আমার ভাবি বসে তারাও ফুচকা খেলো।

আমাদের দেশের ফুটপাতে বিভিন্ন জায়গায় এই ফুচকা বিক্রি করা হয়। বাংলাদেশে ফুচকার খুবই চাহিদা। জনপ্রিয় এ খাবারটি ছেলে মেয়েরা সব সময় রাস্তায় চলাফেরা করার পথে যদি ফুচকাওয়ালা চোখে পড়ে তাহলে তারা সেখান থেকে ফুচকা খায়। এবং একবার যদি কেউ এই ফুচকা খায়, তাহলে বারবার ফুচকা খাওয়ার জন্য ফুটপাতে আসে। ফুটপাতে এইভাবে রাস্তার খাবার বিক্রি করা আমাদের দেশের কোন নিষেধ নেই। এইজন্য ফুটপাতের খাবার মানুষজন খুব যত্নসহকারে খেয়ে থাকে। যদিও এটা স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য ক্ষতিকর। কিন্তু তবুও পুষ্টিকর খাবার না হলেও খাবারটি খেতে ভালো লাগে বলে সবাই রাস্তা থেকে ফুচকা খায়।

পরিবারের সদস্যের সঙ্গে যখন আমি বাহিরে যাই, ভ্রমণ করার উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে। সন্ধ্যার পরে বাহিরে গেলে আমি এই ফুচকা খাবারটা খেয়ে থাকি। আমার সঙ্গে যিনি বাহিরে ভ্রমণ করতে যায় আমার মা-বাবা ভাই-বোন যাইহোক না কেন। তারা এই খাবারটি আমার সঙ্গে খেতে ভালোবাসে। আমার পছন্দের খাবার এই ফুচকা আমি রেস্টুরেন্টে বসে খেলাম বলে সেদিন আমার খুব ভালো অনুভব হচ্ছিলো। রাস্তায় দাঁড়িয়ে থেকে ফুচকা খাওয়ার চেয়ে রেস্টুরেন্টে বসে খাওয়ার মজাই অন্যরকম।
