INTRODUCTION

Herbs have existed as long as man, even longer. after the introduction of sin into the human race, humans began to get sick, as a result, the cure or management of these various sicknesses were derived from herbs some as experiments and some as knowledge passed from generation to generation. Today there are thousands of well-known herbs and their uses, but the fact is orthodox medicine has become a norm and so most of these herbs are under-exploited thus contests like this will benefit a lot of persons as they can easily find a cure to ailments with this knowledge of herbs. I will be sharing 5 herbs that are of benefit to the human body In support of this contest.
